I cancelled my yearly subscription 1 day before the renewal, and then proceeded to delete my account for safety reasons. The next day, I got an email telling me my subscription was renewed. I am trying in vain to contact someone to talk abt this, but in vain. So I have re-opened an account just to be able to speak with someone from LastPass but no chance either. So I am posting this in the groups in case someone can assist and see how I can get out of this mess. It is not only that I want a refund, but I also want to make sure I won't continue to be charged for a subscription and an account I no longer have.
