Yesterday I tried to login, and the app said that I needed a new authenticator setup. So I scanned a new QR code and shortly afterward I had two authenticator "accounts". I didn't want 2, but wasn't sure which one was up-to-date, so I deleted both and figured I would re-add it. Instead, deleting both logged me out of ALL devices, and now I also can't log in anywhere because Lastpass wants to use an authenticator that doesn't exist anymore. It's crazy to me that when I deleted the authenticator accounts, the whole system knew enough to log me out everywhere but now it doesn't know enough to turn off my MFA since I don't haveany other MFA options. SMS is additionally offered at log-in time, but it doesn't work--I never get the text or call, and it doesn't tell me the last 4 digits it thinks it should be contacting, so I don't even know if it's set up. So I just can't log into my account. I found this support page, but the "request help logging in" button doesn't do anything. So I'm here posting my problem in hopes that someone from this company can help.
I still pay for Lastpass families despite the recent security incidents, and I don't want to keep paying for something I can't use. Hilariously, I can't log in make that change. So if this doesn't get resolved, my only recourse is to figure out which card is paying Lastpass and cancel it.Please help.
