Anyone else encounter the Change Master Password form and being unable to submit a new password to be able to access their vault?

Ican log in with no problem, but then the Change Master Password page is triggered.Once the form is completed,I can't submit the form as the submit button is grayed out.I cannot exit this form and access my vault. Have a ticket open which has been going on for three days now.  Their only suggestion is account recovery, which unfortunately hasn't been set up.

Support helped me out. It turns out that my new password was not sufficiently strong to turn the "Strength meter at maximum" value to green. Stronger password did the trick.

I had no luck trying to update the password on my desktop and laptop.   I forgot I had the app on my phone and so I tried logging on to the app and got the change password form and it actually worked.  I was able to change my password.   Support was really no help in resolving this and it was extremely frustrating to have to communicate via emails

that took 24 hours to answer each question.  Anyway, maybe it will work for you.  Hope so!

Exactly the same issue. Disabled blockers, changed to different browser, tried from Vault or online. Nada.
