did not receivig sms code and I can not login as well for lastpass authenticator app

I was trying to log in to my account in last pass but I am not receiving sms code and I need to log inauthenticator app which I need sms code as well

please for your help

PS: my phone is poco x5 pro

I rest mobile, took and put it again sim and put sim in another device with no result
