Unable to Login - and account recovery process has failed

Question

Attempted account recovery - LastPass sends a one time code to login but the code is then 'expired or invalid'. I have used the most current code each time. In order to reach real help you need to go through this convoluted process of posting to a community?! This product has completely tanked.

I need to get access to my account ASAP so I can download my vault and delete my account.

I want to cancel my last pass account. I'm so upset about this. I'm neuro-diverse and set it up for that reason but it has made my life so much harder. I just want it taken off my PC. 😞

I cannot log in as I don't know my password and I tried access recovery and hints and no emails were sent. Starting to think this is not legit

I'm having the same problem when I try to recover my account via SMS. The code shows up as a text message within seconds, and I enter it within seconds, but Lastpass says the link has expired or is invalid every time. What else do I need to do to reset my master password?
