I want to renew my Premium membership for the Black Friday promotion. when I choose to extend my Premium I get the full amount and not the 50% discount for the Black Friday promotion.

I wanted to support the developers by purchasing Premium

so I wanted to extend it with the 50% discount Black Friday promotion but when I click the extend button I get the full amount and not 50%.

I may not renew my Premium subscription because I don't use the Premium features.

But if the developer makes it possible to extend the Premium subscription with a 50% discount on Black Friday I will buy it to support the developer.

We are all experiencing the same thing. It seems to be an offer for new subscribers, but for the old subscribers, there is nothing. I've been thinking about canceling LastPass for some time and switching to cheaper or even free options like Microsoft's, which works better on Android phones. With this scam, it's clear to me. I'm not renewing, and I'm switching to another solution, at least cheaper... although I think I'll stick with Microsoft's Authenticator. That's what happens to scammers.

Too late. I've moved to NordPass - looks much better, cheaper for next 2 years on BF deal and no history of being hacked.

Just setup NordPass - it logs directly into LastPass and copies your vault across in seconds. Byebye LastPass. (Note the Safari plugin is supposed to be crap but I use Chrome)

Due to lack of respect and answer from LP.

I moved to Proton Pass. The free version does the same as LastPass on both desktop and mobile. The pro version offers some additional features, but they're not necessary for me. In some steps imported all the lastpass vault and ready. The price for PRO version is a little bit more (2.99/month), but it´s not necessary (at least for me). The autocompletion on Android runs smoother than LP. For Black Friday they have a 199€ one-time payment for lifetime.

Additionally, Proton is based in Switzerland, which is a neutral country and does not collaborate with the USA or EU.

Other good option is the Microsoft Keyboard for Android (FREE), called Swiftkey, that additional to Keyboard task, have password manager sincronized with Windows (or anyother OS with the Microsoft Edge installed).

I've checked, $34.83for the first 2 years is a steal (plus 3 months free). $1.29 per month is half price of Lastpass.

I also wanted to take advantage of the LastPass Black Friday offer, but couldn't since I'm already a Premium member. Thanks to the people suggesting Proton and Nord. Proton fits my needs right now, but it's good to know I have other options.
