Why would many of the unique passwords I have saved in my account suddenly "magically" change to one common password? Is it a glitch?

I recently noticed many of my unique saved passwords have "magically" changed to one common password for all of them, and I didn't do it. Is this a glitch or what? I'm concerned an frustrated.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

The instructions vary slightly depending upon your device, and I suggest clearing the LastPass cache through the app settings to see if there is any change back to the previous instance of your Vault data.
