SMS Passcode and Call not working

i have given my email address and am getting display message "Thank you for submitting your email. If it matches our records, you will receive an account verification email."

But i never get any verification email or SMS, am a premium customer and i couldn't able to login last one week.

This is an urgent request

The article I provided on my last message does not require you to log in to submit a support ticket. It will only ask for your email address and some information from your account. Make sure to click on the link that says"Request help logging in"
