Website error on attempt to reach support
Household
I'm following the instructions from the article below but as soon as I try to reach support (I've lost access to my 2FA device and need to temporarily disable it), the website returns me the error below (I've tried on 2 different browsers):
"Error
Argument cannot be null. (System Code) Class.CommunityCtrl.createUserRecoveryCase: line 51, column 1"
