I am also having the same issue this morning. I am on Brave. Will try the remove, update, and logon process. Last Pass has had many issues lately, not very reliable. Will be looking at alternatives if service does not improve.
They've been having trouble with Google Chrome extensions. It seems like that is not yet solved.

Chrome has been updated still unable to launch websites. I now question the reliable of LastPass!
The issue is resolved. Chrome must have fixed their problems with extensions
You might try removing the Last Pass extension from Google Chrome, then update Google Chrome, then log in to Last Pass from their website and add the extension again. Rebooting the computer sometimes helps, too. Good luck! This is frustrating, I know!
I just updated my Google Chrome, and now Last Pass works properly again!
