Help Please, I am and have been a paid Premium customer for years I have paid my renewal but it appears as "Free". Because of this, I can't switch between mobile and PC nor do I have access to personalized support, to report this issue.
I have the confirmation it was Paid on June 10th and the charge is also on my CC showing the charge for the yearly automatic premium subscription, applied June 10, 21. This has been a major disruption for me as all of my passwords are strong, and I have to reference my phone to sign into anything.
Please advise me on what I can do to report and remediate this issue.
