Account was in authenticator last night now it’s gone?? Where did it go. How did it get it back? I can’t log into the platform using MFA cause I trusted it would always be there now it’s gone? Any advice?

We truly apologize for the problem if you cannot see and find your account in the LastPass MFA app, please access your account, go to account settings, Multifactor Options, find your MFA and reset your MFA settings, unfortunately if you cannot see the MFA in your app there is no way to get it back and you need to reset the settings.

If you're still locked out, and using the LastPass Authenticator, you may utilize the 'Request help' button within this support article to create an email case for support to deactivate temporarily.
