Is there a way to share Custom Item Templates?

We have 25 users that will be using a custom template. But it seems that everyone must create the same custom template so the data we are entering is consistent. Is there a way for one person (Administrator) to create a custom item template and then share it so everyone can see it when they click the "Add New Item" button?

Appreciate your time and your inquiry, at the moment there is no option to share a template. As a workaround my suggestion would be to create the custom item and leave it blank and share it empty so the users can copy the information, however it might still be necessary for them to continue creating their own custom items for now.
