Are you having any error trying to access your account due to the URL encryption?
We really apologize for the problem, we know how important your account is for you, in case you are getting an error with the process please access your account using a computer, go to account settings, general tab, and change your master password (You can use the same combination just change or add a character at the end) this will force a re-encryption, that should resolved the issue.

I'm sorry for the frustration.
To answer succinctly : URL encryption was a security addition we made in 2025 for all LastPass accounts, which enhances our zero-knowledge policy. This means even we will not be able to access the sites you have saved in your Vault, thereby increasing your own data protection.
