Username and Passwords are missing and I cannot change Master Password

I've logged into my Lastpass account and almost all usernames passwords are blank. There are some that have special characters/chinese characters as the username.

I've tried to change my master password but it doesn't allow me to do so and just gives me a link to a support article.

I've tried Refreshing my Vault and clearing my Local data but they are still in the same state. I have about 160-170 passwords and they are very important to me.

I just reverted to a password from 2 years ago (Thankfully I remembered it) and now gained access to the usernames and passwords.

Making sure to export all my important passwords into a locked file
