I'm using the most up-to-date version of Firefox and LastPass just doesn't work. I log in fine, but the icon on my browser bar stays grey instead of red, and the manager doesn't give me any options to autofill username/password on any of my usual sites. I can access my vault just fine, but I have to copy/paste every username and password I need. Frankly, I could do that with an Excel sheet
I have checked all my Firefox settings and extension management etc, and that's all fine.
I have tried to contact LastPass but it's downright impossible. If I click on Contact Us here I get to a page where it says it's listing "options for contacting us" but below that the page is simply blank. If I click on the chatbot for assistance, it tries to help me log in - despite the fact that I am clearly already logged in because I can click Profile top right and see all my details. If I tell the chatbot I'm already logged in or I don't need help logging in, it nevertheless keeps trying to (uselessly) help me to log in.
Frankly, this is the worst possible customer service experience. It is literally impossible to contact you or open a customer support ticket. And your product has now simply stopped working on my browser. I will not be renewing my subscription.
