The option "auto logout on browser close", is part of a policy available only in a Business subscription, unfortunatelly, this is not available on personal accounts, however, the option "Log out when all browsers are closed" works in a similar way and will logout LastPass when all your browsers are closed,

Thanks for the response. I have Firefox and Chrome on my computers, W10. I started LP in both of them, closed the browsers, then restarted the browsers and LP is still running on both. I also installed LP on another computer (new... W11). Closed the browser for 30 minutes and re-opened browser.. LP is still running.
Suggestions?

This may be a new issue we have not identified yet.
If you are completely closing the browsers with no background data still running, and LastPass remains logged into that device, then we may want to investigate further.
Are you able to use the 'contact us' link at the top of the page to request a callback from Customer Support?
