So,

Press the button “Encrypt URL now”.

But the screen remains blank for a few minutes.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We are sorry for the problem with your account, as part of the troubleshooting I will recommend you access your account from a regular computer, this should trigger the URL ENCRYPTION automatically. In case also the process fail, please access your account settings, go to the general tab, and find the option "Change Master Password", please change your master password (You can use the same combination you have at this moment just add one number or letter at the end) this will force the re-encryption of your account and the message should go away.
