What is the process for reverting back to the previous LastPass master password. SMS Recovery is not working.

I am getting the same as others on the forum. This is exactly like what we are experiencing and I saw where someone else was able to have support reset back to the previous Master password.

I saw where someone else was able to have support reset back to the previous Master password. I know my past 2 passwords and think someone may have hacked into my account since the SMS recovery is not working. The recent announcement about a LP SECURITY BREACH has me worried. Can support rollback to my previous master password?
