I connected to the Internet over my VPN. Lastpass sensed that I was logging in from a remote and unfamiliar location likely due to the VPN gateway. Good for Lastpass for detecting the security anomaly. When I entered in my correct master password, Lastpass didn't allow me in and logged me out. I changed my master password and tried again. It still didn't allow me to log in. It appears to process the correct master password, but then it seems it continues to sense something was wrong and logged me out again. Lastpass is being cautious and I appreciate that. It seems to have blocked my account overall. Now I don't know how to get into my account despite following all the support guidance. I also submitted a request for live support but I haven't received an email yet.
Any advice would be appreciated.
