Talk to the hand... 😡 Last pass must be one of the worst companies. This problem is so mainstream and happens to most users, but they don't care. Even a 5 year old when told in school that there is another kid with the same name would immediately ask "who is that kid?". But apparently those who designed and approved the LastPass system didn't reach that level of sophistication. Scary to think that this company is sitting on the pipe of every data we send or receive in the browser. I don't trust it at all so I only use it for passwords I don't really care about never any Bank/Financial passwords!
Forgot to add that I'm a software engineer myself and the entire user experience is basically a data entry form application - something that any first year CS student can write as a class project. How they can fail so badly on the most trivial entry-level programming task is beyond me.
