What is going on with the usability of LastPass?

I've been using LP for many years - it used to be simple and rock-solid. About 2 years ago it got less simple. Now it's no longer rock-solid. It's borderline abusive user interface is hugely off-putting! If you're testing the stickiness of your application, I've about reached my limit and will be moving on if it doesn't improve.

Product Manager/Owner - the current rev sucks rocks. You should use it. A lot. Every day, until you are ready to tear your hair out, like I am.  It's hard to believe I used to recommend this product. :(

That pretty much tells the tale, doesn't it?

Your people clearly don't use LastPass themselves, or the feedback channel is completely f'd up.

I suggest that your CEO mandate that all employees use LastPass on all of their devices, for all functions, for the next 90 days - and that any random audit that finds any other password manager on employees devices result in termination.

The specific problems I run into are on bank and other financial websites.

* The web browser version?
* The LastPass app version?
* The operating system in use?
* Specifically what fields are misaligned, and on which websites?

I'm about done with LastPass. It keeps auto filling in the wrong information into fields.
