Does Lastpass Authenticator continue to work if I change the SIM in my phone?

I have Lastpass Authenticator setup in my Android phone with my Australian SIM card. I am going to be travelling overseas. I will be removing the Australian SIM and inserting local SIMs depending on the country I'm in. Will Lastpass Authenticator continue to operate as normal when I change the SIM in my phone? Or, expressed another way, is Lastpass Authenticator 'tied' to the SIM or to the phone?

No, LastPass Authenticator a not tied to a SIM card. Basically it's a TOTP client like Google Authenticator, but has advanced features for push notifications and database backup.
