The forced URL encryption won't move past 0% no matter how many times I try it and however long I leave it and I can't access my vault without doing it. Any advice or help would be amazing :)

You may want to clear the browser cache or test an alternate web browser to complete the encryption process.

Alternatively, you may choose to bypass the URL encryption 3 times consecutively to temporarily bypass the security request.
