I am not getting any security emails to verify my login attempt which i used to get earlier nor am i able to reset my password using forgot password. Even the verification code on SMS is not working as the limit is up now.

I'm afraid you are currently entering an incorrect password, though you did enter it correctly within the past 24 hours.
In this case, I suggest manually typing out the LastPass password in a separate document, being careful with the placement of any capital letters, numbers and symbols, then copying that into the LastPass credential field.
