Welcome to the LastPass Community.

With regards to the one-time-password feature, these can be used in place of your login password. If they are compromised at all, you may reset them within your online account settings.

** This is not a requirement for LastPass usage. OTPs are just a different way to secure your LastPass account. I recommend using a multifactor authentication option if you are concerned at all about the security of your Vault.
