I set-up lastpass for parents with two factor authentication, but it has never worked properly. I enter the master password, authorize the login on the phone, and then the master password is cleared, but nothing happens. It's like I never entered the password at all. I tried using a different browser, different computer, clearing the cache, logging in to the website and plugin, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. The only thing that works is logging in over and over and eventually it works. Sometimes it takes five or six tries. I know I am using the correct master password, because I copy and paste it. I have used LastPass for years, but I have never had this issue on my account. My parents' have been struggling with this for over a year. At this point, I'm ready to give up on LastPass and use a different manager, but I thought I would post here to see if there is any possible fix because my parents paid for an entire year.
Is there any fix for this issue?
