I am having recovering my master password. I have used the "Forgot Password" link. Once I receive the verification code in my email, I enter it and it says that it will take me to my vault to change my password.

Question

When I click the button it says that the one time password is not long enough, it doesn't give me a chance to enter anything.  Where do I get the one time password from and where do I enter it?
