Why aren't I getting emails from LastPass and can't access my account?

Today I found that LastPass in Chrome on my Mac has been logged out.

I am trying to log in, but its asking me to verify my device. It says it sent me an email with a code, but I haven't received any emails from LastPass.

How can I access my account if I can't get the emails?

I've checked my spam folders.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

Looking at your account history I am not seeing any email verifications for new IP/devices. This indicates you have entered an incorrect password sporadically, and I can see successful logins since then.
