We truly apologize for the problem on this case I will recommend you follow the steps bellow:
Using your browser, please open an incognito window, go to LastPass.com and try to log in from there.
In case you get the same issue, please let me know.
If you are able to access your vault directly, I will recommend you close the incognito window, go back to your original profile and clean your browser.
Once you finish cleaning your browser, please try to log back in again.
