I received an email saying my account will be deleted because I haven't used it for two years.
But I had an annual family subscription that expired in August of this year. How is this possible?

In this case the notification would be expected if you have in in two but if that wasn't case and you logged in recently all you need to do is login again and disregard the notification, if in case you continue to receive this notifications and you're using LastPass please reach out to our support team: Contact Us

I didn't receive a new notification. But the notification itself confused me. I simply couldn't technically renew my paid annual subscription, which expired several months ago, without logging into my account.
This message indicates that something isn't working properly.
Perhaps the system isn't seeing my actual logs, and the fact that I've logged into my account several times now might not mean anything.
