Change from Business (Trial) to Teams (paid)

We have had a Business Trial account so far that's expired some weeks ago. Since then we are trying to change from Business to Teams as we don't want 10 licences (but 5) and don't need all the features from business.

It's been a hassle ever since.

1. we have followed the instructions to move all passwords out of shared folders
2. we have deleted the shared folders
3. there is no connection to a private account

We somewhere read we are to remove all private accounts assigned to the business account. However, that's not possible since the payment starts for the business licence when I click on admin console.

What should we do?

The billing support team will need to assist with this account plan switch, to create a ticket for the team please scroll down and click Contact Support at the bottom center of this article, entering your account info, then clicking "Submit a billing case" at the bottom of the popup that shows: http://link.lastpass.com/community

As a note for other users who may see this thread, please note if you are LastPass Free customer and you use this to open a non billing related ticket it will be ignored.
