If you haven't performed an uninstall and reinstall yet, that would be the first thing I would try. You can do this by right clicking on the toolbar icon and removing. Next, reinstall LastPass from either the add-on store, or https://www.lastpass.com/download/ .

Okay, so I did a "remove" and then reinstalled from a fresh download. No luck I'm afraid. The icon for LP still won't appear in Firefox. What should I try next? Thanks
