The spanner/edit tool icon for each of my passwords is unresponsive so I cannot edit or see my passwords (but lastpass will log me into website still) - what's wrong with my account?

I cannot edit or see any of my passwords in lastpass. If I click on the little spanner icon nothing happens. This means I cannot access passwords or edit the details to make updates. If I press launch I can access some things online but I need to get hold of my passwords for use elsewhere sometimes.

Any idea what could be wrong please? It's been like this for a couple of months now and means I'm now locked out of several things I need access to.
