I have removed the last pass icon in my edge browser, now i want to see this icon again, how can I do this?
Hi @hkn,
To re-add the LastPass icon to your Edge browser, you should be able to click the three dots icon at the top right of the Edge window, then at the top of this menu right-click the LastPass icon and click "Move to the Toolbar" to move the LastPass icon to the Edge browser toolbar.
Four years later Edge has changed a lot .. the updated answer:
Go to settings by clicking on the three dots icon at the top right of the browser and select Extensions in the menu,
Now you get a list of your installed extensions
By clicking on the eye-like symbol behind Last Pass you can choose if it gets shown in the toolbar or not
I found lastpass website stores an icon at the following location:
C:\Users\<login_name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Web Applications.
I would create a folder "Custom icon" and put this either in your one drive profile or your appdata local profile. I have several of them for other applications which I prefer the older icon over the new icon the software vendor provides.
Uninstall the extension then reinstall. At reinstall, there will be 3 dots in an initial setup box. Click it and select "Pin to Taskbar". This should be available in the Edge extension manager view but it's not.
