How to fix "This site is missing a valid, trusted certificate" warning for LastPass?

Question

A few days ago, I reformatted my PC with Windows 7 and since then, I can't sign in to the LastPass extension or even open its website. Every time I try to do so, Google Chrome (v89.0.4389.90) displays a warning saying that my connection with LastPass is not private.

On using Inspect Element to dig deeper into the problem, this shows up:

However, no such problem occurs in Mozilla Firefox or other PC. I even tried Incognito Mode, but the problem persists there. As of now, I havesurpassed this warning by typing-

But, a better, and more permanent solution would be really helpful.

Hello,

Could you try disabling any antivirus, firewall, or ad blockers that could potentially be causing this issue? Please also be sure that you have they performed all windows updates, chrome updates, and also uninstalled the LastPass extension then re-installed from here:https://lastpass.com/download/

We would also recommend restarting your computer after the steps above then trying to log in to LastPass again.
