Trying to find out what occurs to shared folders (and items contained therein) when a federated account is disabled (person left employment or retired).

Welcome to the LastPass Community. Those share folders will always be there, however, if the account/user is disabled, then no one will have access to them. I would suggest that a super admin sets up the "permit super admins to access shared folders" policy, so that in the event that a user leaves or has to be disabled, the super admin can access those shared folders.

Thank you for your reply, to view the who the super admins are, you can go to the admin console > users > Admin levels, selecting super admin level will show you who the super admins are.
Thank you for the insight, looking though both the browser extension and the Web UI I am not seeing anything showing whom super admins are. Any idea's on that?
