One of my Family members is having the same problem, but others are not, all using Chrome. I have had the Family member remove and re-install the extension, clear cookies, cache, etc. Also made certain that Last Pass is the ONLY extension on Chrome. Does resolve after logging back in to Last Pass, but we seem to have to Log him in to Last Pass for each new Chrome session. Any other ideas?
