I apologize for the inconsistency of the recent LastPass customer survey.
I have confirmed even if you do not finish the survey, your data will be saved and personal info entered into the sweepstakes.
Does this confirm that the survey is real? I was not sure...
I live alone. I have been a Last Pass member for several years - plus I sorta like taking survey. So when theirs came today, I took a few minutes to answer the questions, until I got to this one. Note again, I am single and live alone. The question was "Who besides yourself do you share your streaming passwords with?" And since I am single, and live alone, the answer is no one. That was not an option offered and therefore, you cannot advance the survey. Done, over, unfinished. I would hope someone from Last Pass will read this and realize not everyone shares streaming passwords and add another 'option' on that page of their survey. Cheers!
You raise a good point. There were several questions with insufficient / inaccurate answer choices. It was a poor survey.
I had the same problem. I chose a service we don't have.
I thought it was going to give me an opportunity to give product feedback, but instead it was a way for them to sell my data. Is there any place to provide product feature requests and to see a development roadmap?
