I'm waiting for a callback for the same issue, slightly different.  I can log in on my mac and use lastpass but when I try on phone or ipad it's telling me a password reset is required.

Unfortunately I needed to reset my password .  It was only 10 characters so I was required to reset it with the new criteria, which needed 12 characters.
