Can't Log in to LastPass for 72 hours now

Question

I have been unable to log in to LastPass (free version) for the last 48-72 hours. I do not recall my master password, so have tried the Account Recovery method, and each time I try it, I get the message that the link has expired, and I am unable to login.

I have tried deleting the extension and downloading it again, and have tried downloading the mobile version and following the same process from there. I would like to utilize the software again. Please advise!

I know what you are saying, but this is a specific password that I only use for LastPass and is unique and long, I have not changed it for many many years, I flew out to a conference in Europe, on the same day as the maintenance patch, I didn't open my PC from sleep mode for 2 days and when I did I used my secure mifi device (a private network) and at that point, I noticed I was logged out of LastPass, so re-entered the password from my little black book and was told the password is wrong and I can only reset the whole account.

I paid for the family-level account and now need to reset dozens of passwords as they were only stored in LastPass, I am not impressed that I have to do this or even consider a backup password location in case this happens again.

I am sorry, we are unable to see any information regarding your Master Password or what information you are entering when trying to log in so I can't provide a more accurate answer on why you are not being able to access. All our records show is that the password is incorrect.

Can I ask why the password that I have had for many years suddenly doesn't work and I cant do an account recovery when I know that I clicked that button, it has been happening like this since the maintenance upgrade that occurred several days ago.

Extreme coincidence that on the same day of the upgrade I lose all ability to log into everything and there is no way to get it back... can someone explain whats going on as I dont want to lose several years of passwords due to lastpass messing up.
