Per checking your account, we could see the IP Address of the two login attempts is different from the approved verified devices.
If we detect a login attempt from an unidentified location from any new computer, mobile device, browser, or new IPaddress, the email verification will be triggered. If you happen to be on the same device you can google, "What's my IP?" and compare the data from the email.
Once a device has been approved as trusted via email verification, the device remains trusted for yourLastPassaccount for a maximum of 60 days.
