How to move LastPass Vault data to another LastPass account?

I have a free LastPass account. Does anyone know if I can easily copy my passwords so that I can create a new Lastpass with the passwords I have saved currently?

As another user noted above, you can export your current LastPass data, then import that data in to a new LastPass account.

Is it possible to only export certain passwords? Not the whole vault?

While it's not an option to only export certain passwords, you could create a second Vault Identity and clone vault items to that identity, then switch to that identity and export which will only export items in that identity.
