For several days now I'm trying to start my lastpass vault. Every time LastPass gives me the information that something is wrong about my login datas, which is not true. At least I have not changed my login name or my password.
I also tried to follow the recommended steps e.g. set a new passord or reactivate the whole account. All of that unfortunately is not possible with the features given me by LastPass.
So I decided to contact the support. Unfortunately there is no way (at least I didnt find one) to chat or speak with someone from the support team. The only contact I achieved was a bot who recommended to do the steps described above (thx for nothing).
So I dont know what to do next.
Maybe someone here can help me out or a support member is reading this?
