Why would passwords that I created in the past 30 days suddenly be listed as having been compromised?

I’m a web developer working on a WordPress project.I started this task May 9.

Today, just a month later, I’m finding that 4 of the 6 username/passwords associated with that project are labeled “at risk”

How can it be that such passwords that I created within the past few weeks are suddenly compromised?

Appreciate the details provided in your question, the reason why some passwords may show "at risk" is not due to them being compromised, however if our system detects these passwords being weak or reused it will give you this alert to update them.
