Verified new device lost email access

Hello,

I cant log into lastpass any more as it needs to verify the account / email, However I cant get to my old email at all, thats long since gone and isnt a option.

All the articles say to open a support case, but lastpass support needs me to log in in order to create a case and I cant. How can I proceed to get support and unlock my account?
