Trying to login this morning and it kept saying it was time to update my multifactor authentication. -- for the Grid option I use as backup. Primary is an authenticator app.
I start that process and end up at a screen saying that grid authentication is disabled or not an option. Can't remember the exact wording. Says I should download an authenticator app. I already have one.
So I go back to trying to login again and this time it says I can continue to login if I disable the grid and I can enable that again later. I do that and now I can login to LastPass again.
BUT. under the multifactor options now --the grid option is gone. There is no grid option now for any level.
Will that be coming back?
