When click Lastpass extension and then Vault my Lastpass Vault is not open. LP icon is red.

I can access my Vault direct in LP extension. The bug is that I can't open my LP Vault in the browser tab.

The bug is on Chrome and Firefox.

For me it is even more interesting. It opens the vault web page but content is not there, only Lastpass watermark. I am using Lastpass on 3 computers. It happens in Firefox on two computers running Win11. I works well inFirefox on the computer with Win10. Lastpass in Chrome does everything right on all three computers. Reinstalling addon does not help.

Just adding to to my post above. This is a serious problem. No access to the account settings. When I click Account settings on the firefox addon menu it opens the empty lastpass vault page as when I click Vault there.

Same happening for me in Firefox. If I try to view lastpass.com/vault I just see a watermarked blank page, can't access account settings or advanced options etc.

It works fine in Chrome and Edge (which is not the answer I'm looking for)

Same here. Empty vault page with watermark logo in my default browser Firefox (version 130.0) on Mac.

Standalone version, and extension in other browsers do work. So should be a FF plugin issue. Any plans to release a fixed version?

I just found that Netscape on Android shows your vault. So, while this is beeing solved, I can access my data from my mobile phone. Not a solution, but better than having no access.

I'm using Firefox on Win 10. Had same issue after updating LastPass extension. was showing empty vault with watermark logo. Clear the cookies / cache / site data for LastPass. In Firefox, the fast way is just look to the left of the address in the address bar, just before the "https..." you should see a padlock - click on it, and at the bottom of the dropdown, it has "Clear cookies and site data" and click on that. Image attached. Alternately, the long way around... go into Settings, -> Privacy & Security, -> Cookies and Site Data, -> choose Manage Data, -> search for LastPass and select it and choose "Remove Selected", then Save Changes. The site will then reload itself - took several seconds for mine so be patient, and prompt you to log in - enter your username and password and everything works from there. If it doesn't automatically reload itself, just click on the page refresh button on the vault page. When the vault shows up, it may be reset to the default style - it usually does that to me, so if you customized, you may have to re-do that. example, I use list view, not the tile view - but the default was tile, so i had to click on the list view setting, again - that sort of thing.
