URL field for each entry shows symbols only, no URL´s

Question

I have not used my computer for a while and when re-using it, LastPass is still displaying the username and passwords, but the URL field only contains symbols and characters. This applies to all items I have saved.

I searched for an update but it says I have the latest version.

Any idea as to how to fix this other than deleting LastPass and reinstalling it?

When accessing the lastpass.com website, I see that this extension is now payable and that there is  no longer a free version, is this accurate?

Thank you for your response.

I do not see the option to select „Account“ - Fix a problem yourself. I am using Safari and I am attaching a screenshot of what I can see on my screen.

Please would you advise?

Welcome to LastPass!

I apologize for the huge inconvenience this is causing you. I have seen that this issue is mostly related to a high volume of cache, cookies, or a sync issue on LastPass. I will recommend following these steps:

Note: Before making any of these steps, please make sure you know your master password!

1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out

2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser

3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists
