When you’re granted Emergency Access to another user’s LastPass vault, an Emergency Access folder appears in your vault. This folder remains accessible indefinitely unless one of the following actions occurs:

* The account owner denies or revokes your Emergency Access request.
* The owner revokes your trusted-contact status.
* You unlink or remove yourself as their trusted contact.
* You reject the trusted contact invitation after requesting access.

In other words, there’s no automatic expiration for this Emergency Access folder—it persists in your vault until one of those steps is taken.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

After you accept the Emergency access invitation, you need to wait for the time designated by the user who gave the emergency access to their credentials show in your vault, in a folder.
